Talk to Psychiatry on Chronic Mental Health Issues And Suicidal Thoughts

I'm a 20 year old male from Sargodha. I want to describe my situation and get some professional guidance. Since childhood I've had issues. Severe embarrassing anxiety in social situations, Difficulty focusing, couldn't memorize things word-to-word, bad handwriting, couldn't relate to other kids, cowardice and sensitivity and inablitility to communicate. disgust for certain foods. I was chronically ill throughout childhood. At age 10-11 I had partial face paralysis(laqwa), largely resolved but with permanent nerve damage affecting blinking, smiling or eating. My father passed away in 2021, since then I've been struggling to stay consistent with anything . left university midway(online VU BSCS), had a short job that ended. Mostly just existing right now socially-isolated with no structure or plan or motivation. no energy, mentally and physically tired all the time The suicidal thoughts have been background noise since I was young, never acted on them. always found escapes instead. but they are growing in the situation I'm currently in.
