it happens every week, don't know the cause and solution, visited to several doctors, but don't know the root cause, I don't have stomach problem or acidity, I use naswar , but I do clean my mouth frequently, please tell me the cause and solution.

you are using naswar..betal but naswars smoking are leading cause of oral cancer.brushing not only the effective..your oral cavity giving you signs of disturbance..better to stop these stuff and visit dentist to check your oral cavity
you need to stop using naswar and consult maxillofacial surgeon
