Usk baad April 2023 ma early miscarriage ho gya. 2024 March ma again ectopic pregnancy ho Gai Jo itself resolve ho Gai. 2025 March again chemical pregnancy ho Gai Jo khudi release ho Gai. Till now conceive b ni ho ra r sustained b ni ho rai. First born c section sy hoi t. Any helpful suggestion please
