Sister having Mouth ulcers from last 6 months and HB is at 6.3 from local laboratory eats less due to Mouth ulcers and Now Her Hairs started felling down extensively.

Your sister needs urgent medical evaluation. An Hb of 6.3 g/dL is very low and should not be ignored.
The combination of:
Severe anaemia (Hb 6.3)
Recurrent mouth ulcers for 6 months
Hair loss
may be due to iron deficiency, vitamin B12/folate deficiency, celiac disease, autoimmune disease, or another blood disorder.
Advice: Please see a hematologist as soon as possible. She needs at least:
CBC with blood film
Iron studies (ferritin)
Vitamin B12 and folate levels
Reticulocyte count
Evaluation for the cause of mouth ulcers
