Talk to Gynecologist on Postpartum Viginal Bleeding

I am 35 days postpartum, and I have been experiencing very heavy bleeding, like a very heavy period. When I lie down, the bleeding seems to be okay, but as soon as I stand up, a lot of blood comes out. Is this normal at this stage after delivery, or should I see a doctor?

It might be your first period which can sometimes be heavy.. take Tablet Tranexamic acid 1gm 3times a day for 5 days and tablet Ponstone forte 500mg three times a day for 5 days…if bleeding still heavy please book online consultation…
