Talk to Cardiologist on Chest Pain, Increase Heart Beat, Dizziness

I am experiencing some spells from last 6 months. In this spell of almost 30-40 min my heart beat increases and there is a chest pain also. I experience difficulty in breathing also. My HB has been very low. Then I got injections it got improve. Last I got tested 2 month back it was 8. Recently I visited northern areas and I experience a certain kind of chest congestion and pain when I go on hiking and it was too difficult for me to walk. I have a family history of student cardiac arrest. My father died like this. I am just concern if I should visit doctor or consider screening or not.
