Hey i had unprotected sex with my husband during and he got me birth control pills with 24 hours cuz we don’t want to have baby its been 6 days in start it was drops but from past 3 days its continues bleeding with high fever and severe abdominal pain i also took 2 antibiotics is it normal and when will it stop

Its not ok. Pills dont lead to fever. U need to have full checkup in the clinic. U must have some other problem like vaginal or pelvic infection.
