Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Shoulder Bone Protrusion And Limited Arm Movement

I have a problem with both of my shoulders. The bones at the back of both shoulders stick out noticeably. I also have difficulty raising both arms fully above my head. I recently visited Sheikh Zayed Hospital in Rahim Yar Khan, where the doctor prescribed medicines and asked me to return after 15 days. No ultrasound or other tests were performed.

I would like a thorough examination to determine the cause of this problem. Please advise whether I need an X-ray, ultrasound, MRI, or any other tests, and whether physiotherapy may help. I am looking for an experienced orthopedic specialist who will listen carefully and explain the treatment properly.
