Talk to Neuro Physician on Lip Trembling / Facial Muscle Twitching

I am 18 years old. For the last 4 years, I have experienced trembling or tightening around my lips and mouth, especially when talking to people. Sometimes it also happens while speaking normally. My heartbeat feels normal, and it does not happen when I am alone. Please advise me about the possible cause and which doctor I should consult. I would prefer a free text-based consultation.
