Asking for Self, Male, 26 years old, Islamabad
I am a 26-year-old male dealing with constant pain that started after I fell hard onto my left hip. The pain initially began in my left testicle and later moved to my left lower abdomen and bladder area, where it remains a constant, tight ache. Interestingly, the pain completely disappears during physical activities like walking or running, and I feel zero pain right after waking up in the morning. However, the pain distinctly intensifies shortly after I eat food. I took multiple gastrointestinal medications, but they provided no relief. My CT scan reports are mostly clear, showing only a tiny left kidney stone (<3\text{ mm}), a mildly thick-walled bladder, and mild proximal jejunal loops (Focal Enteritis). Given my symptoms and the clear trigger of falling on my hip, what could be causing this shifting, constant pain?
