Kidney infection is a type of infection that begins in the urethra and moves to one or both the kidneys. When Bacteria get access to the urinary tract through the urethra they multiply there and travel towards the bladder and even reached the kidneys where they cause severe infection termed as kidney infection. This infection is recognized by following indications

You can prevent kidney infections by drinking plenty of fluid especially water. Resisting the urge to urinate should also be prevented to avoid kidney infections. Emptying bladder after sex and avoiding the use of harsh chemicals in the genital area is also helpful preventive method.
