Talk to Urologist on Feeling Pressure And Urge To Urinate So Frequently Like After Every 10 To 15 Minutes

I am a 30 years old female with a condition of irregular periods. It's been almost 8 to 10 years that i feel pain in my lower abdomen when i wake up in the morning. The pain relieves after almost an hour after urination. I didn't pay much attention in the start and neglected this situation. But now it has gotten worse and due to pain, i feel nausea. Also, from a week or so i feel frequent urge to urinate. I feel so much pressure on my bladder and pain after every 10 to 15 minutes. I had a ultrasound few years back, that revealed the swelling in my bladder walls or maybe its a UTI infection. Please advise me about what lifestyle changes should i make and what type of treatment would you suggest?
