I am a 22-year-old male experiencing frequent urges to urinate with only a small amount of urine passing each time. Despite urinating, the sensation of needing to urinate persists within minutes. Additionally, my urine sometimes appears foamy. A recent routine urine test showed no signs. However, these symptoms continue to cause discomfort and concern.
