Is liye mujhy urine kerny mein bohat time lag jata hy. Saw palmetto kitny mg mein daily leni chahiye. Kiya saw palmetto 450 mg lena effective ho ga ya saw palmetto 320 mg leni chahiye. Saw palmetto 320 mg se kam potency mein leni chahiye? How much potency and dose of saw palmetto is appropriate in a day?

ULTRASOUND KUB
Right Kidney:
10.8 × 4.2 cm (cortical thickness 1.1 cm)
Left Kidney:
10.0 × 5.2 cm (cortical thickness 1.1 cm)
Both kidneys show normal parenchymal echoes with smooth contours.
No mass, calculus or hydronephrosis on either side.
Bilateral normal CMD and sinus echoes are noted.
Urinary bladder is normal. No mass, calculus or wall thickening is seen.
Prostate is marginally enlarged measuring 3.30 × 3.46 × 6.45 cm (weight: 38.61 g).
Prevoid urinary volume is 283 ml.
PMRV is about 36 ml.

MILD PROSTATOMEGALY
