Talk to Urologist on Syhpilis

When I was donating blood they told me I have syphilis. But when I got the report of VDRL it was negative & I also don't have any symptoms. Other I am married from 8 years and till now I have no child. There are puss cells in semen. Would syphilis effect this thing also? Plz sugest good Doctor for treatment.
