I was over weight for many years. I consulted with Dietation Madam Hina Rafiq Sahiba for a diet plan for weight loss. She take my proper medical history, give me a very simple and easy to follow diet chart. She also give me useful instructions to follow during weight loss journey. Alhamdulilla, now I am able to loose 6 kgs in just 20 days. And I hope to get my ideal weight target soon. Iam very much thankful to her. JazakAllah
