Video call functionality in app never works, I have tried multiple times but each time it didn’t work. To doctor herself- she was brilliant, even though app didn’t work she texted to contact her via WhatsApp and we had call. She listened carefully and suggested her opinion. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for similar kind of doctor however I would recommend to contact directly rather on Marham App, it works only until payment is done, after that the neither video call nor support works.
