I am satisfied with the doctor.
Couldnt be more satisfying. Being an ocd patient since 3 years i had left no stone unturned to seek therapy and help but i couldnt get any better. On the contrary, its been around 2 years now since im managing OCD on my own, without any medication or help from any therapist. I owe my health to Miss Rasheeqa who taught me the inside of therapy and how to get on with all the thoughts and its only with her help at the Intitute of psychology, p.u that i was able to get on with life with all my ocd because i get that when she said that you can manage it yourself.
