Urooj Tauqeer is very creative with their meal plans. They customize plan according to the palate of the client. Their approach is not just weight loss but also encouraging a habit of balanced diet intake. Everyone is super friendly and extremely supportive. I have tried multiple diets in the past and after sometime it always becomes painful to follow. However Urooj Tauqeer meal plans are so full of variety that it is actually easy to follow and doesn't bore you. SHE WILL MAKE YOU EAT EVERYTHING that's all I can say. Zero starvation. 100% recommended if you are looking for a lifestyle change that is going to last longer with very little efforts.. !
