For the past few years I've become thin and weak in physique. I've had couple of stomach issues as well as anxiety & depression issues. The played a major role in losing weight. I don't much feel hungry anymore. I now intend put on some healthy weight. But nothing seems to be working with me. I work around 12hours and then I do the home workout exercises at home.
