Though doctor was very helpful but this app sucks. according to app my appointment was confirm a day before at 1:30 pm 19 may.. today i also got text at 9 am that i have appointment at 1:30 with Dr Farida zaeb. At 1:19 pm i got a call from marham helpline and asked me to open up app so that i attend call.. after waiting till 1:37 i called for help and i got to know now my appointment is at 2:30. At 2:30 when i never got a call nor Dr. farida attended my calls i had to call help again for several times. Then every caller had a different story and no one told me why appointment is being resheduled 2 mins before it is supposed to happen. Then at help call i got to know doctor is only free after 6 pm. i was asked to get a doctor changed then i selected Dr. Sana fatima even then my appointmemt didnt got fixed and i had a popup on app saying your fee is awaited though i already had paid Rs 4000 for Dr. Farida and Dr.Sana's fee was Rs. 3000. Then i called your helpless help service again a girl named Iqra listened to my story and she said i will help you maam and call you back im 4 5 mins.. then she never showed up. finally after an hour of struggle your caller helper Shehroze told me that Dr.Sana is not answering call. it was already 3:30 at that moment. i really got upset on him and may be it worked amd he arrange me a doctor.. Dr. Bushra Jabeen at 4:00 pm. at 3:58 pm when i opened app i got a text of my appointment to be resheduled at 4:30 pm. finally at 4:30 pm i had my video consultation. after that i got a call from Shahroze again for my Rs. 1000 refund. and after 5 mins of that call i got a call from your another caller named Suffian Ashraf asking for my fee to book appointment with Dr.Bushra Jabeen and i had to give him a piece of my mind and tell that dude that i already jave paid and also got my appoitment done. Inshort your app and management is the worst thing i have ever wittnessed in my life.
