Postpartum Depression

I m going through depression since after my ist c sec which is getting worse day by day. After ist c sec (i.e 2years ago) whenever i have stress i feel pain in left arm, left side chest pain front and back side, then i concieve again with the gap of 10 months and going through same stress phase having headache nausea in pregnancy then after pregnancy same anxiety stress phase start which is same till date, but from past few months along with left arm pain, back side headache extreme angr, i am also experiencing stomach upset and now whenever i m in stress i feel nausea (feeling of vomit). These all stress related to family and in laws. Although no other problem in life Alhumdulillah. What problem these symptoms indicate. Consult to psychatrist or psychlogist??

Sir i have checked with lots of doctor all across the country .i have taken plenty of drugs .if i could mentioned that takes almost 20 mins to write it down.i am in Dubai.is it possible i could speak over the phone.i will pay as i am working here as new labour .its a risk of my work.so need to speak over the phone.this is very few paper that i have.

Msla yh h m medicine use kr raha hon phr bi Depression control nhi ho rhi. ab jo medicine use kr raha hon woh yh h.Depex capsules 20mg.Butrin xl 150 Mg. Olepra 5 Mg. Olepra daily use krny sy depression control main rahti h. Olepra agr rat ko daily use kron to nind bohat ziyada ati h. subha ko aankh nhi khulti. din m bhi office main nind ati h. ager ak din choor kr ak din use krn to phir thik h. taqribn 2 weeks m 3 sy 4 din bohat ziyada tabiyat kharab rahti h.naumeedi boht ziyada ho jati h.baicheny hony lgti h. restless ho jata hn. job m koi interest nhi rahti.job chorny ko dil krta h.bhook ziyada lgti h.achy achy khana khany ko dil krta h.future bright nahi lagta.Quality of life achi nahi hoti. problems of life ko face nahi kr sakta .brain her wqt bussy state main rahta h. reading and learning things m problem hoti h
