Aap apnay doctor se consult krein.Depression/Panic attacks k liye aap ko regular medicine ki zarurat ho gi sahi dosage k sath for 6 to 9 months atleast.
u need assessment and counseling regarding treatment duration
Once started treatment should continue for an year at least for first time depression and for three years for recurring symptoms.
you should also take psychotherapy sessions with your doctor
U need to complete the duration of treatment, it seems that u leave treatmemt before time
