Its been a week since my bp is fluctuating..mostly my diastolic went up to 90 and two times to 100 and systolic remained normal...but now today i got a reading of 130/90 ..i have both ecg and echo results normal..morever i always feel dizziness and lightheadness after eating...i am suffering from gerd too..my main concern is my raising bp and the dizziness i get after eating a meal..what should i do

Do you have any other known disease like thyroid or kidney issue?
Do you have diabetes?
Check blood pressure daily few times and make a chart. After 2 weeks share the chart.
Meanwhile, do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walk, lower salt intake, have proper nighttime sleep, avoid anxiety.
Adopting these measures will lower your blood pressure to normal range
