I have this chest pain issue from last 1 year Female 23 years In Sept 2023 , me bemar ho gai stomach issue tha kch b khati thr vomit ati the and pait b khrb tha i take medicine, uska bad sa mjhy chest pain start ho gai left side then 1 and 2 month wo thek ho gai then i get married in nov 2023 I give birth to a baby in july 2024 Then in 2025 i went for umrah where i take primulate pills Waha mjhy yeh chest pain phr sa start ho gai Now till date i have this pain kbhi kbhi uthti hai
2 3 doctors ko b consult kiya hai, chest ultra sound b krwaiya gai hormones chest b krwaiye hai sb kch thek aya hy
I got pragnent in 2026 ,but in the 8 or 10 week doctor says there is abnormally in it so we have to do abortion
So 2 months pehly i have a MVA
Now this month my periods started at 2 and on 7 its finish but today on 9th i again get bleeding.
Sb doctor yehe kahty hai ka muscular pain hy
But yeh ktm nahe ho rahe hai yeh bhar gai hai ab left bazo ki trf ja rahe hai

Now can anyone tell me is this a muscular issue or something else?

Bodyaches in young age has many causes from anxiety to muscular to fibromyalgia to something more inflammatory. It needs detailed history and physical examination and possibly some test accordingly. I would suggest to visit rheumatologist.
Meanwhile do regular exercise like walking, jogging. Do relaxation exercises like deep breathing, yoga, meditation. These will surely improve your pain.
You may take muscle relaxants.
