As Salam o alaikum
There is limited information. However, it appears to be linked with dysautonomia ( Where automatic nervous system gets bit lazy). One of the type of dysautonomia is POT syndrome.
Can I request you to do following I addition to several tests which my esteemed colleagues have suggested
Blood pressure and heart rate
lying in bed
sitting
immediately after standing
then repeat BP and heart rate measurement at 1, 3,6, 10, 12minutes after standing

get ur routine blood tests (Blood Cp , TFts , S/E) Ecg and ECHO.
use plenty of fluids . salt intake as well.
monitor ur BP specially during lying and immediately before getting up or standing
