Talk to Cardiologist on Heart Palpitations

Dear Doctor, i'm having Heart Palpitations from a year & doctor prescribed inderal tablets for 3 months and then i got well but after 2 to 3 months again Palpitations started & i'm taking inderal 20mg BD dose from 2 months but sometimes in a day again happened even with taking dose of inderal. Please suggest me what should i do to treat Heart Palpitations permanently..
