Talk to Cardiologist on Heart Palpitations & Irregular Pulse Beat

‎Asalamoalykum, ‎Im 37 years old, Married. ‎My height is 5.9" and wight is 81k.g. ‎I need guidance & kindly guide me to whom should i consult in person. ‎From The first day of Eid I'm having issue with my blood pressure & heart beat their is no specific time of this process to start or stop. ‎Some times my pulse beats very slow & sometimes very fast, but most of the times it beats fast, Whenever it occurs my pulse start running 2 beats per second and also it drops a beat per second, during this I feel my heart is also skipping a beat like it is struggling to beat & synchronize with rythem. during this time I also have a sudden cough. ‎From the past two days i've started to walk two hours daily & these symptoms stopped occuring but today near 8pm these symptoms start happening again.
