Talk to Cardiologist on Heart Palpitations Sinus Tachycardia Panic Attacks Feeling Horrible And High Blood Pressure

Assalam walaikum i hope everyone is fine i have heart palpitations and dizziness my hand and feet become cold and start sweating i have check all my body ultra sound sugar test cholesterol test ecg echo urine test chest X-ray thyroid test everything was fine my ecg show sinus tachycardia and i have high blood pressure buts its not always high some time its normal and then when i got panic attacks its suddenly increase mostly in hospitals i have checked myself from 100 doctors but nothing worked i am tired of this condition its horrible i feel like i will die in second and it happend every day even in sleep its effected my whole life i also check up with psychiatrist in marham app 6 time 2500 fees per session i am a students i cannot afford that much i wasted all my money and nothing works for me i just came from hospital here is my ecg ??please some one help me what should i do i used prozac for months i used phentaxol and many other medicine but i did not got any relief
