Talk to Cardiologist on Should I Get More Heart Tests Done? I Am Having Severe Anxiety Over This

I had left side chest and back pain 1 month before and got my ecg, echo and lipid profile done, which came out clear but now I am having chest pain again, this time it's more severe and lasts for few minutes and comes multiple times a day. I also have persistent upper life side back pain and sometimes the left side of my teeth hurts and my arms also experience sudden dull pain.. should I get this evaluated again? I also suddenly start having piercing left side chest pain which lasts for fee seconds and goes back to normal but the upper left side pain is persistent.
