Talk to Colorectal Surgeon on Piles Or Hemorrhoids ?

Hello Doctors, I have had a small lump/swelling on the outside of my anus for quite some time, but today it suddenly became much more painful. The lump feels slightly hard today, and there is no bleeding. The pain gets worse if I stay in one position for some time, especially while sitting, and when I get up or change position, I feel a pulling/stretching type of pain. Even slight movement sometimes triggers discomfort. I have not checked the color closely yet, so I am not sure whether it is normal skin-colored or bluish/purple. For temporary relief, I have taken Panadol and a Dr. Piles capsule but still no relief. Please I would appreciate guidance on what this most likely sounds like ? and what treatment you recommend me to get rid of this completely without any surgery.
