The orthopedic surgeon will need to examine the dislocation and horizontal instability to decide if surgery would be needed. Prolotherapy could be another option to regenerate the ligaments. I would recommend an ortho surgeon in Wah (sorry dont recall the name) practice is in a house located on a road parallel to the Mall you take a right turn after crossing Faisal Mall while coming rom Alfalah bank signal, keep going and you will find his practice to the right as you drive along that road.
