meri vaginal delivery huye 6 months hu chuky infection tha bht wo thk hy lekin ab lower back pain bht shadid hy specially suba hta or phr ahesta khudi normalize hu suba zror hta or itna intensive hta ky mjy lgta me bed sy uth ni paon gi sath left kidney me bi or lower belly me halka halka sa but in lower back bht shadid , panadol, befiled, nims sb use ki lekin ferk ni per kia krn bht pareshan hn?

Back pain can occur, especially post delivery... Physiotherapy alongwith local gel and heatpad application se faida hota hai... alongwith medications physiotherapy and local cream faida deti hain in most cases
also workup is necessary like Xray LS Spine ap and lat and MRI Ls spine screening to rule out the cause... if its severe back pain, to ise ignore nh krna chaiye...
