I hope it's clear now I'm using translated version. During physical Examination knee cap seems fine Dr removed some fluid from knee joint but there was some language Barrier and he used online translation so I did not understood it perfectly.

Is it possible to treat patellar dislocation without surgery? Dr only removed some fluid and said no need for further treatment he didn't mentioned surgery.
