Lower Backache Pain In Right

Question

there is a strong pain in my lower backache on right side.i can\'t pray the prayers,can\'t walk,work,sleep,exercise or any activities.
last night i used ibuprofen 400
and after 4-5 hours i used panadol extra 500  no result.
kindly recommend me some effective medicine  for your information there are no any doctors where i am staying please help.
