2 years ago I got in an accident my patellar tendonitis tears and my knee came out of the socket after I had just taken some medicine and a good diet but now I can't able to run or play or even when I try to my knee destabilizes and I fall down, please recommend my any good Dr or recovery test so that I will decide further
