Tibia Bone Pain

Question

Dear,
I have pain in tibia which don\'t let me get sleep at night. In winter this pain don\'t hurt me as blanket or something cover my leg. In summer, when leg is not covered with anything, I have pain. If I put something on leg, it provides relief from pain. Please help me to figure out the reason. Is it normal with most of women?

AoA Get an Xray Tibia AP/LA Views and share with me and also get CBC,ESR and CRP its not normal to have such pain in this age
