Pay attention on the skin care or topical creams/ serum u r applying or started applying few months back. It could be secondary to some topical ingredient if u never had acne before. Also if u have any sign or symptom of hormonal imbalance get it treated as this acne could be secondary to hormonal imbalance.
it seems to to liver derangement or any digestive issues you have
are you in mental stress or any history of psychological stress????
because most of the time stomach issues are anxiety oriented.

I had hyperthyroidism n during its medication I was afraid of not getting pregnant right after marriage but now my TSH is normal but my stomach is disturbing. I’m having its medicine as well along with antidepressant medication but I left taking it
