Talk to Dermatologist on Alopecia And Thyroid Tests

I’m writing to discuss my severe hair loss on my head and body due to alopecia, i recently had a thyroid profile due to my ongoing alopecia. The results showed Total T4 at 14 ug/dL, Total T3 at 100.87 ng/dL, and TSH at 1.12 uIU/mL. Would like your advice on whether I should undergo additional tests for Vitamin D, B12, Ferritin, and thyroid antibodies (TPOAb and TgAb). Are there any other tests or historical factors we should consider in relation to my condition? Thank you for your guidance.
