Assalamualikum. I am 19 years old. I have acne on my face. It just started 2 to 3 years ago. It's not severe but 1 pimple thek hota he to 2 3 aur nikal aate hein as i am hostelite student i can't change my diet plan as i can only eats what's provided in mess, i have tried to stol eating oily foods but still new pimples popped out. It can't seem to be in control. I cleanse my face 2 times a day eith mild cleanser. I apply Sunblock daily. But still roz aik new pimple nikal aata he. Can you please suggest something for my face or what should i avoid doing to get rid of acne.

in your age it's common the pimples , you must first your lab with reference of Endocrinologist and gynecology, it's harmonal issue, tropical use of cream not effect on it
