Talk to Dermatologist on Hair Fall

I'm facing extreme hair loss and it looks like central baldness that I'm losing hair from central arae but also my hair volume is kind of zero. I took hair supplements biotin, Hair vit supplements etc. also I used anagrow spray but I guess nothing is working. I'm getting married in the next 5 months but I don't know what to do. Kindly tell me any solution for it. Because my blood test is okay and hormones are ok there is nothing wrong with the thyroid then what's the issue. suggest me a good dermatologist
