Talk to Dermatologist on Pea Sized Bump On Left Side Of Neck

On the yellow spot i feel hard bump when i press it if i don't press it then it will be not visible i am so much worried about it it is there for like 3-4 weeks bump size neither increase or decrease it still the same size when i touch the bump with finger and do extension and flexion of neck i feel this bump move with the muscle it feels that bump is attached with the muscle i am in so much anxiety is it something serious or not plz tell me
