Talk to Dermatologist on Pimples On Forhead

I'm posting here with the hope that i may get some solution for my problem. Pichle aik sal se mere forehead pe ajeeb qism k choty choty daanay (pimples) bn rhe hain, Mene boht sary Dermatologists ko checkup krwaya boht sari fees pay ki medicines,ointments,face washes use kiye laikn mera malsa hall nhi hua. So i'm here for public opinion, If someone had same kind of condition and they recovered from it plesse do tell me some remedies. Attaching picture also
