PLANTAR WART ON FOOT

Question

Had undergone 2 sittings of electrocautery for 6 months old plantar wart but it is still there though without pain n less swollen. Plus warts r spreading in other areas of foot. What should i do now? What precautions to be taken to stop them? Is there any way that i will ever get rid of this stubborn virus or not?

Here i have attached foto wuth numbering from 1 to 7 as it starfed and how it is now. No.7 shows two new small warts just close to the treated area.
