Severe Eczema Urgent Help

Eczema since 5 years started mild now its extrmely severe i have tried many steroids and even steroid injection it keeps getting worse and bleeding all the time cant sleep its evrywhete on body im looking for some non steroid medication like methadoxate and want to know what blood tests should be done like Vit D or liver tests but need further guidance
