Pain stays in left arm and leg, Dr Ahsan Nauman advised Thyroid Profile and V/B12 test, I'm attaching the report, can you please tell the results and further advice?

B12 looks fine, TSH is only mildly elevated which is expected at 70 yrs of age, left sided pain is probably un-related to the B12, and TSH.
