I am suffering from allergic Rhinitis pain in throat tightness of chest congestion of nose, dry mouth since 2018 and consulted with ENT .
medicine I am taking aerocast, Jarden D , Xynosine nasal spray , steam with tinc benzom sometimes barimox regularly.
is there any permanent solution or alternative one or two tablets ?

U r not using proper medication for this allergic rhinitis.... Dont use xynosine spray now... It causes rhinitis medicamentosa... U have to use better nasal spray... For your treatment u can contact me online through marham... InshaAllah u will b fine in a couple of days..

you must take Homeo medicine for permanent treatment it's treatable don't you worry spray steam is a temporary solution plz contact me via marham
if you are suffering from allergic rhinitis than the best solution is to avoid allergen. Identify the allergic factor and of mouth is because of the use of antihistamines

to identity the allergen is very difficult for me. i also want to avoid medication but symptoms become severe.

there are many test skin test,rast test etc depending upon the availability in ur near by allergy hospital. its better for u to visit there is one named NIH in chakshehzad Islamabad
