Allergic Rhinitis (Extreme Itchy Eyes)

Question

I want to know which medicine is safe to take for Allergic rhinitis if I am planning to conceive I get extreme itchy eyes, sneezing and irritation in my nose. Usually I take Rigix at night I have tried Fexet, Myteka, softin , telfast , and every other eye drop I have tried all provide temporary relief. Do suggest safe medicine during pregnancy or planning pregnancy.

no Antihistamine is labelled safest in pregnancy but Citerizine and Loratadine are safer. Better to use topical medication for Allergic Rhinitis in Pregnancy like Flutiaze Nasal spray twice daily is much safe...
