i have no hearing issue but have severe crackling or clicking or twitching sensation in ears and in the side of my head along with hitting of bones inside my ears and front head please tell me any test which diagnosis my ear muscle problem or tube problem and where it is done I'm suffering from this many months i tried alots of things including medication but no recovery even 1percent please help me jazakallah

Mam i went 2 ent specialist i told that my left ear and nose totally normal and right nose terminal is swell and right eardrum affect little which cause tnsn but i have crakling and twitching in right side of head and in left ear not left side of head along with hitting of bones inside both ears and head anytime the situation same it won't stop for a sec even swallowing or moving my head i have no tmj and no sinus so please tell me what is that
