i have sputum in chest for many month but no cough. since some days when i throw out the resha from throat, very little blood comes with it. but no cough. i smoke twice a day. no other medical problem. please suggest medical what kind of doctor should i consult.

you need to be properly examined and investigated. Blood in sputum, especially having long standing cough is not a good sign.
